Erased - A Poem

You lost me somewhere along the way I saw it coming but you didn’t You still haven’t realized it yet and it was not your choice to make You were vulnerable Influence played a role and now you search for something inside of everyone you meet But I can’t be found until you open your heart Just a little                                         D.M.B

Another Wedding!

Well Zach, another birthday come and gone, 56 years old now, wow! We just got back from a trip to Seattle for our friends Chris and Matthew's wedding. The event was at the Fairmont Olympic downtown and it was a total blast. Jeff and I were invited to sit with the wedding party and had so much fun dancing and mingling with everyone. Their honeymoon is not until January so we all went over to their house the next day for a fried chicken dinner cooked by the groom. We stayed the night and then toured Seahawk country, looking for Richard Sherman's house and where the Hawks hold all their practices. All in all a nice little getaway and fun with good friends. Hope life is treating you well, I will write again soon. Love always, Mom xox

It was a nice little girls getaway and I got to spend some time with aunt Christine's folks who are too fun. Now we need to prepare for our trip to Seattle where Chris and Matthew will be married at the Fairmont ...
