Missing You

Hi Zach, guess all my posts should be titled that because I never stop missing or thinking of you. The holidays are drawing near and it's a pretty sad time for all of us out here in California because you have not been here to share it with us in a long time and you are not in our lives at all though we wish you were every day. Cody does his best to act like everything is ok, but I know he misses you and wishes his brother would reach out. Before you left you made it very clear that YOU would be the one to contact us and that you did not want any of us to make the attempt ourselves. Well it has been over a year and a half since you moved and we have heard nothing. I hope and pray and wish for it every minute of every day and I know Nana and Granddad do the same. There is a hole in our hearts that only you can fill so please think about this through the holidays when families all over are celebrating each other. We would love to include you in that celebration if you would let us. Life is short and you never know what can happen. Jessica and Courtney just lost their aunt/their dad's sister and she was only my age! It was very sudden and they are devastated. The girls might as well have been your cousins you were all so close. Now they only get to see Cody when we get together. Well enough dwelling, I will try to end this post on a positive note.

I have asked you many questions in the past year about how your life is going so I will add one more to the list. It suddenly occurred to me that you are of driving age now and I was wondering if you had been taking lessons and making plans to get your license? Again, please update me on everything in your life when you have a minute and know that there are many people out here in California who miss you and love you more than you will ever know.
