Hi Zach, we are back from Hawaii and had a fabulous time with Juliette (with her daddy Ryan in the photo). It was really wonderful seeing the island and beaches through the eyes of a toddler. She learned so many new words during our visit, like 'Opakipaki' when we told here we were having fresh Opakapaka for dinner and 'turtle' when we took her to see the turtles a the Mauna Lani hotel near your Uncle Gregg's place. We took her to see the dolphins and we counted palm trees every morning while having coffee on the Lani. She is such a good kid, no crying on either plane ride and sleeps really well. Kind of reminded me of you. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us.
Back to reality now, though I did get a wonderful mother's day card from Cody. He really knows how to express his feelings in the written word. I was so touched. I was hoping to see a card in the mail from you too, maybe next year. We are celebrating mother's day with Nana and Granddad this Saturday when they come down to help me with a garage sale. Anyway, I hope you are enjoying these last few weeks of your junior year. Thinking about you a lot as always.
