A Visit with Nana
Hi Zach, guess I am a bit behind in writing to you. My old Boss came out to visit us from Minnesota along with her husband, her daughter and her daughter's fiance. They wanted to do some touring and wine tasting so we headed up to stay with Nana and Grandad for the weekend. The weather was totally beautiful, a far cry from what was happening in Minnesota. We all had a really good time and it was great to spend time with my old boss now that we can truly be just friends. Lot's of laughs and some shop talk, but mostly laughs and good wine.
Not sure if I mentioned it a while back but Jeff went to work for Oracle. It's quite a commute but I think he really likes it and there is not the same kind of pressure as when working for an agency in the search engine marketing world and he says the people are really cool. He does work from home on Friday's which is nice. My job is going really well too, it's crazy busy and there is always lots going on and lots to learn which I love. Cody is still at Safeway, but I think he is starting to look at something more stable/full-time like PG & E. We are working on his resume now so we'll see.
Still wondering how school is going and if you have a part time job as well? I'm sure your time is packed with studying and all of the other social responsibilities that come with attending college. I am still so excited for you and so proud that you are doing this on your own. Wish I could hear about all your experiences first hand, but I will settle for imagining how well I think you are probably doing and how much you are enjoying this new phase of your life. I miss you Zachary. Be safe okay?
