Christmas with Nana and Granddad

Merry Christmas Zach! Not sure if you remember auntie Cath and uncle Tony in Texas but their daughter Karen, her husband Paul and daughter Bridget moved to Santa Clarita in Southern California and drove up to spend Christmas with us. Karen is the closest I have to a cousin in this country so it was wonderful to be able to spend it with family that is originally from across the pond. They loved being able to spend Christmas with us as they are without family in this country now that auntie Cath has passed away and uncle Tony move back to England a couple of years ago. As always there were Christmas crackers, plum pudding, and sausage rolls, all along with roast leg of pork with crackling, Yum! Cody did not have to work so he was able to spend it with us too. We all had a wonderful time, but as always there are moments when I wish you were there to enjoy everything with us all. I miss you more than you’ll ever know.

Love,

Mom
