Connections
Hi Zach, well we are back into the Covid thick of it again, thanks to folks gathering together during the holiday. It was a very strange Christmas and one I won’t forget. At the very least it’s teaching us all how much connections mean and how we need to keep those in the forefront of our lives. I pray with all my heart you will one day be a part of mine again.
Your aunt Christine turned 60 this month and we gave her a social distancing party in the garage. I had to be very careful because Nana was scheduled for a procedure and I did not want to risk getting anything before seeing her off. She had a valve put into her heart due to atrial fibrillation. The doctor found it last year and it was very frightening for all of us especially granddad. Typical of Nana she got through it without any problems and is as right as rain now, but we were all very worried and stressed throughout the ordeal. This pandemic has been particularly hard on them and it has been very hard to watch especially since they long to see you and time grows shorter with every passing day. I really hope you find it in your heart to let them back into your life before something happens. I think about that and you all the time. Please hear my request and grant it, if not for me, for them.
Love always,
Mom
